Hey, I'm Amanda!

As a dedicated psychologist, over the last decade I have helped support children, adolescents, and their families. Beyond my professional realm, I revel in the joys of motherhood with my two young children. I have founded Mindsets To Thrive to create a nurturing online sanctuary aimed at empowering mothers to cultivate a harmonious relationship with food, enhance body confidence, break through limiting beliefs about who we "should" be and what we "should" look like and embody the positive role models their children deserve.
